Hi, anyone else tracing the name Stamp in England? I would like to know something about any of you

I am working on a Stamp branch.  I have Robert Stamp born about 1821 Pattishall, NTH.  He lists his father on his marriage cert as Edward Stamp, carpenter.  Robert married Sarah Griffiths in 1850 in Medway, KEN.  He was in the Royal Marines.

They had 5 children; Edward (1852), Robert (1857), Mary Maria (1861), Albert James (1864) and Sarah Ann (1866).  The first three are born in KEN and the last two in MDX.

Mary Maria was my gggrandmother.

I'd be happy to share what I have gathered.

Just responding to the post on 'Stamp.' I am descended from the Stamps of Pattishall. Edward Stamp (married to Mary Key) is a 4x great Uncle.

Have you found anymore out about Robert Stamp born 1821?
I cannot place him in my current tree.

Would love to share info.

I am helping to research the Stamp(s) family from Ware, Herts, England.
William Stamp (c1752) had at least 5 children with his wife Sarah Riddle - it would be good to take the family further back if possible on the Stamp side as the Riddles have proved less of a riddle, ironically!
