i have the Militia Ballot Lists for:
Wyddial, Anstey, Meesden, Throcking, Reed & BucklandThe Militia Ballot Lists are indexes of men between the ages of 18 and 45/50 years eligible for service in the militia forces of Hertfordshire. The lists date from 1758 to 1786 and, exceptionally, to 1801. They also contain a range of other information, like occupation, parish positions held, no of children, disaibilites etc
