How difficult might it be for someone to see if they can find a particular family for me in the Mitchelstown County Cork in the 1901 census. ??
Hampshire - Street, Witt
Shropshire -Dodd, Cherrington, Hide, Freeman
Staffordshire - Glover, Hawley Ware, Hackney, Longshaw, Matthews, Rowley, Lockett, Fletcher, Taylor, Myott
Dorset - White, Oxford

As a whole the 1901 census for Ireland is not yet indexed although eventually 1911 and 1901 will be online (National Archives, Dublin site).
1901 is available to order on microfilm from your local LDS library for a small fee to be viewed there.
Not sure if any online site (free or pay) have 1901 available but you can check hints at the top of this board or put '1901 census cork' into a search engine like Google to check.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

parts of Co. Cork (North & East) are available on at the Mallow heritage section of http://www.irish-root.ie

As far as I remember Census details for both 1901 & 1911 are included. Mitchelstown is North Cork so it should be included.

Remember to check the Resource boards :  Ireland, Dublin, Antrim & Cork (and stickies at the top of other county sub-forums)
