Happy Birthday to Me

I began my birthday today with a lovely personal message from the site moderators.  My one doubt was that they commented that I type like a 20 year old.  I think they thought that was a compliment!  It was all downhill from there.  No birthday cards from my brother, either of my nieces or my nephew.  Then supposed to be meeting a colleague for lunch, but waited 20 minutes and she didn't show.  It got better.  Met 2 friends at the theatre and we saw the afternoon performance of "The Play What I Wrote" - excellent.  And I had tea with them and then got dropped off at another friend's and we talked genealogy. 
Godden in East Sussex, mainly Hastings area.

Thanks for all the good wishes.  What would really have made the day would have been the arrival of the 5 certificates that were due for despatch on the 28th.  But that pleasure is to come - I hope!
