I am doing a one-name study of the Rossiter family and am looking for information please about the parents, grandparents, siblings and children of Alfred Rossiter who married Annie Shields in the June Qtr of 1892 at Hunslet.

Many thanks for that.

Working from your info I found Alfred with his mother in the 1881 UK Census here:-
http://www.familysearch.org/ENG/search/Census/household_record.asp?HOUSEHOLD_CODE=1881BR_4666420&HOUSEHOLD_SUB=1&frompage=99

Looks like Alfred's mother was widowed and she later re-married to George Williams.

Is it possible to check the 1871 Census please hopefully to find Alfred with both his parents?
