Is there anyone researching the Roberts family by chance.  Furthest back I can go is with Adam Roberts born around 1811 in Blewsbury, married a Charlotte Elton and lived in Stirlings Lane, Wantage.

I can just add from the Berks burial index (CD from Berks FHS)

Burial Blewbury 8th Oct 1848
David Robert aged 76

So you should be able to find him in the 1841 census
