i'm sure you have the details already for William Rex and family
in 1881 they are here RG11;  2594; 129;  42

now interestingly the 1861 census throws up Nora Rex (aged 22) b. Weston under Penyard Heresfordshire, she is in Chertsey as a shousemaid
RG9;  421;  51;  44;

i wonder if she is related  :-\

its difficult to folow up the girls because of the many variants of Rix Rex Ricks etc.
they could have married under any of those names

it seems Margaret though was consistent with her p.o. b at least for 3 census

in 1841 it appears there is only one parent present - but a child aged 2 this gives you a period to look for a possible death of 1838/9-1841
however without a forename it will be difficult

perhaps if you purchase one of the latter childrens birth certs (Harriett spirngs ot mind)  it will tell you the mothers maiden  name
