Help with different names Michael/Harris/harry Levi

In 1891 census I have Wolfe Levi, age 28, tailor with son Michael age 4 born Leeds, then in 1901 they have moved to Durham and Michael is listed as Harris. Can anyone help with this. He was then known as Harry Levey
Another question, his second wife was Hetty Isanblatt. I cannot find her in 1901 census, she was born 1898 London. I would love some help please.....Levi changes to Levy and then to Levey.

Would I be correct in assuming that this family were Jewish 

If so they were notorious for changing their names often Anglicizing them to something completely different.... this could also be the reason for the surname change or maybe just written down wrongly.

Yes they are Jewish. The surname Isanblatt is proving hard to find. Looking forward to any help.

Do you have Hettys and  Harrys  marriage cert to ascertain who her father   was 

If not when did they marry 

his second wife was Hetty Isanblatt

 Is it possible that Hetty  was a widow when she married Harry

I have just found Hetty's birth as 1909 St George in the East,London. The date from another tree was 1898. I have no certificates. I will see if I can find any other Isenblatts. Thanks for your help.

Are you absolutely sure that you have the right (i.e. same) family in those two censuses?

Levy (my surname!) is frustratingly commonplace.  Why do you think Wolfe would have moved from Leeds to Durham?

There are several Isenblatt births recorded in St. George in the East around 1910.

Hetty's mother's maiden name could have been Bederman.
