I have him married to Mary Brown in 1836 and they had at least 2 daughters Hannah and Jane.

Mary died age 35 16 March 1847 and Benjamin married Elizabeth 25 Dec 1847.
He died 19 Nov 1903 age 90.

Children of John Moore and Mary Lay - all now deceased.  I remember a few of the younger ones especially Ethel Kate as she lived two doors down from my Gran

My 2xgreat aunt Catherine Carter married a Henry Higgins who is shown living at Baileys Piece in the 1851 census. This has been an interesting thread.
