I'm trying to find out information on my Great Great grandparents - John Skinner and Mary Buzza... I think that they married in Liskeard in 1845, but trying to fiond out where they lived before and after they met / married.

Any help appreciated

You haven't given any details of John's birthplace or birthyear or of any of their children so I am only guessing that this is the right 1851 entry

Looks like Dukes Shop St Enoder Cornwall

Hi Carol,

Only information I have is from my Great Grandad Thomas Skinner's DC. he died in 1932 in Ayrshire Scotland and his age is stated as 74, making his birth around 1857/8. His parents are listed as John Skinner and Mary Buzza.

I've been unable to find another marriage record other than the 1845 liskeard on on the free BMD, so have assumed that this is THE one.
 
Thomas married in Cumberland and was I believe born there

I suspect the family in St Enoder  are John SKINNER = Mary WILLIAMS who married  Jun 1844 St Col 9 83

A lot to take in, a lot to get my head round and analyse properly.

I guess I'm comfortable with Cornwall to Barnpole to Cumberland. I had no idea about Sussex or the remarriage of Mary, but it all seems to fit.
