Ok.... starting with the eldest Joseph there on the 1911 census, aged 88:
Joseph Hill b.1828 married Harriet Collins b.1829 in Aghalee Church of Ireland on the 23rd July 1852. Joseph died 6th May 1914, unsure when Harriet died.
They had at least 5 children:
Emma b 1853, Sarah Jane b. 1856, Joseph b. 1858, William b.1860 and Robert b.1865
Moving back another generation, Joseph's parents were another Joseph Hill and a Jane Strannicks b.1805 - someone else has researched Jane on the internet and quite a bit available on the Strannicks/Stranix family - her father was a William Strannicks, mother was Mary. and going back one more generation, William's father was also called William - so on that line of your family it takes you back to the middle of the 1700s.
On the maternal side of Joseph's family (our 88 year old Joseph) her mother Harriet Collins was the daughter of Robert Collins b.1802 and Jane b. 1807
Harriett had at least two siblings, Ruth who married John Law and Henry who married Mary Green - Henry had at least two children, Robert and Anna Jane.
Going back to our 88 year old Joseph, he had at least four siblings, Sarah, William, another William and Margaret Jane.
The majority of these births, marriage and deaths take place around Aghalee - it's unclear when Joseph moved to the farm at Carnlougherin.
The reason I confused this family with my own is that the Joseph Hill I was researching was born around the same time, and also had a father called Joseph. My Joseph settled up the road in Maghaberry - the majority of his family background originates round Ballinderry and Aghalee also so if you're looking deeper into the Hills in this area, be careful as there is quite an overlap in names and dates.
Good luck!
Mark
