Could this be him?

Died in 1910  Joseph John Booth   His father, George Henry Booth and mother Susannah Francis Havers

If you get the marriage cert it should tell you their folks names. it is available on QLD BDM.

Joseph and Jane had an Arthur Walter in 1885.

There's this: Joseph Booth aged 20  arriving in Morton Bay, Qld on the  John Davies in 1855

The Joseph that died in 1910 is son of George Henry booth and Susannah Francis Havers. George Henry's father is the Joseph John Booth that i'm after.
Yrs Arthur Walter b 1885 is 7th child to Joseph & Jane

If Arthur is the 7th child, where did they have the others, as Arthur is the only one that pops up on the QLD BDM website?

I have Maria b 1869, George Henry b 1872 Jane 1874, James 1875, Agnes 1876, Robert 1882, Arthur Walter 1885 all born in Queensland.  Arthur Walter WW1 service record gives mention of sister Maria and brother George henry as next-of-kin. Mother had died prior to his enlistment in 1916 so perhaps we can assume his father had died prior to this date or he would have been listed as nok.

A number of the birth records for the children give the father's name as John or John Joseph rather than Joseph John.
Maria - father John Joseph 1869
George Henry father John 1872
Jane 1874 father John mother June
Agnes father John 1876
Robert father John 1882
Arthur Walter father Joseph John 1885

(I don't easily see James)

Perhaps the death is under the name John
John Joseph Booth died 22 Mar 1886 father Joseph Booth mother Maria Underwood
John Booth died 26 Jan 1889 parents unknown
John died 24 Sep 1904 father William mother Isabella McDonald
John died 1 Mar 1907 father George mother Annie Rennie
John Joseph died 9 Oct 1895 father Charles mother Lilly lawson

According to the marriage cert for Joseph John Booth who married Jane Gibson Affleck, he was 34 when married at Dalby Qld in 1868 and his parents were Joseph Booth, Sailor, and Maria Underwood and he was born 'at sea'.  No idea where Joseph Booth and Maria Underwood are from - whether they had JJ en route to Australia or en route somewhere else in the 1830s.  As an earlier post says there is a good possibility of JJ arriving in Australia on the John Davies in 1855, but nothing proven yet.  Would be nice to pin down where his parents lived and sailed to when he was born.

There is another post which has a lot more information - search 'Joseph John Booth' - today it contains 5 pages of posts - and the last 4 or so of mine contain excerpts of documents I have found for JJ Boot's christening, his parents marriage, his passage to Australia, his first marriage, his first child, death of first wife where name has become Booth, 2nd marriage to JG Affleck, his death, grant of letters of administration to Jane Gibson Booth and Jane's death
