    Sorry for the delay. No, I cannot find a Jacob Heron. The marriage which I found was William Heron to Mary Jane Jenkins in 1859.

Would someone be able to look up Eliza Jane Rice, b. approx. 1862, possibly in Lurgan or somewhere close to there?  When she married Hugh Gracey in 1882 in Lurgan, she was called Eliza Jane Heron otherwise Rice.

Civil registration of brths in Ireland started in 1864 so if you are looking for details of parents, birthdate, etc. you will need to search for church records.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

You need to know the family's religion and where they live, then you search for any existing church records in that area.

When Eliza Jane married Hugh Gracey it was in the Church of Ireland in Lurgan, so I'm guessing that she would have been baptised there - as Eliza Jane Heron, or Rice, or McPherson!
