PROV has digitised Adminstration papers for

Eliza Jane  WOOLMAN, Widow, died 30 Nov 1909
Administration granted: 9 Feb 1910
of Pilley St, East St Kilda

Her children are listed:
Ellen Francis WOOLMAN (spinster) - letters of administration granted ot her
Edith Eacott WOOLMAN
Albert Charles WATTS, bank clerk
Alfred Ernest WATTS, grazier
all of Pilley St, East St Kilda

Alfred states that he has sheep and cattle worth about 5000 pounds on a station Willawarra? at Onslow in WA.  He rents the station from the WA government.  Albert also owns some property in Howe St, Nth Fitzroy worth 220 pounds.

Eliza owned a one third share in the house 'Yeolands' in Pilley St, and 50 shares in Swallow & Ariel (biscuit manufacturers) - value of her estate: 221 pounds

Nothing to link these to your Woolmans though  :-\
