Hello please may i ask you for the information on J H Price  Mon Reg If it is my great uncle he was killed on the 31 october 1914.

I still have the images,but at the moment can`t get my scanner to work so won`t be able to email them onto you.Going to try a reinstall and see what happens.Otherwise it might be the January sales for a new one!

WTSP: underneath the photo of JH Price it says son of Mr and Mrs D Price 6 East Usk Road Newport.Is this your great uncle?

tankman: underneath   GNR J Lee Tank Corps it says  11 Windsor ? Newport

Lynne: underneath PTE C H Tart son of Mr and Mrs C E Tart 30 Henson St Newport.

Steve, the JH Price you have died on 4th October 1917 not in 1914. However if he is the correct one, then I also have his obituary from the South Wales Argus.

Thanks Shaun,it is the same J H Price as I have.It may not be the soldier WTSP is looking for as his is 1914 this 1917.

Henson St (Newport) was named after my great grans sister Mrs Harriet Henson.
Casaubon (Geneva, London), Daulinge, Berners, McMullen (Nottingham), Tabb (Leics), Mycock (Derbys & Staffs), Gilbert (Notts), Price (s Wales), Krilovs/similar, gypsy Roberts, gypsy Clark, Bexell (Sussex), gypsy Elliott, Raven, Neligan (Co Kerry), Rymer, Newton (Hull).
