My family name is Raeside and Ive just got into researching my family tree.
 ;D
They spread across the West of Scotland
Anyone out there got any similar interests?

Hi Joy
I have just found your post.  I am researching my wifes family who are Raeside maybe we can help on another depending on how far back we have been able to trace the family.

At the moment I have gone back as far as Francis Raeside marrying Jeanie Mcknight, Riccarton, Ayr.  Date 1875.

We're are friendly with a Craig Raesideof Dumbarton ,nice  chap ~ you can trace him on Facebook . :)
