Cannot find  Richard or Susannah in census..

The names do appear in Emma's death records in Victoria Australia. Richard Cooke and Susannah Gower

also family folklore stories passed down from Emma's grandchildren,  who I knew as a child and as told to my mother.

Due to Emma's Aunt socializing in High Circles apparently she told Emma  that if she where to marry below her self she would not be included in the will.. Emma married a simple farmer as far as I know so I suppose she was not included in will..

I have also spoken to another descendant  from Elizabeth.  so he would be my distant cousin.

He is none the wiser about Elizabeth's parents than I am.

Probably being daft, but do we need William and Emma's marriage?  If so, is it this one: Dec qtr 1845 Hereford 26/295 - William Rogers and Emma Cooke on same page

Sir Robert Brownrigg

Sir Robert Brownrigg, 1st Baronet GCB (1759 (Ireland)–27 April 1833 near Monmouth) was a British statesman and soldier.

After service with the 9th Foot, he was appointed Military Secretary to the Duke of York in 1795, and accompanied him to Holland in 1799. In July 1809, he was Quartermaster general in the expedition to the Schelt. In 1813, he was appointed Governor of Ceylon, and held the position until 1820. In 1815, he conquered the kingdom of Kandy, in the interior of the island, and annexed it to the British crown. Sir Robert Brownrigg was created a baronet in 1816, and attained the full rank of General in 1819. He died near Monmouth, aged 74.
