Please help me read this faded death record! **COMPLETED**

Hello
I have this death record which I downloaded from the Dept of Justice, Victoria, Australia website.
I'm having difficulty reading the "Cause of Death" and "If Burial Registered" columns for Mary Ann Woodcock, age 4. Where was she buried? I'm also trying to trace her father, Annely (but I've already started a post for this question of mine on both the Australian and NZ boards)

Can you make out what it says after "New General Cemetery"? There are two words that follow... but illegiable to me

I think it looks like south hill, the second word definately looks like hill but not 100% on that first bit.

I thought that bit could have been "Joseph Hill" (the undertaker).
Ohhhhhh.... figured it out now: "Mel (then a new line) bourne" !!
