Oh yes, very much so!    Not only because of the very helpful people who look up Census details, but every time I log on I find something of interest or leads to other sites etc. and also information from those who are obviously very experienced researchers.     This is a brilliant site -  many congratulations and thanks to all concerned.

It has been very helpful to me .. speaking as one who is researching English roots from far away Canada, eh..

Just yesterday someone found my gr. grandfathers household in 1891 census for me ...and I found my grandfather had yet another sister!  I have also now broken the 1800 barrier.

hello everyone!
i am a new member, and i just have to tell you how impressed i am with this site,i'm not usually a chatroom user but am sure to use this  :D i have spent several hours over last few days just cruising the site to see what's what
