Hi 

I'm hoping SKS might be able to help out.  I've unfortunately come to a dead end with my research, but still hoping!

I have a relative, Benjamin Davies, born in Pencarreg, and cannot seem to trace back from him.
All I know is that he was born Pencarreg circa 1820/22.  He then went on to marry and live in Caio.
On his marriage certificate in 1843 - it states born Pencarreg, father Thomas Davies, also from Pencarreg, place of residence "Tynant".  I put that in in case anyone recognises the place, I couldn't find it in Conwil Cayo.  I don't know his mother's name nor whether any siblings and therefore difficult to trace a birth/baptismal record.  Does anyone have any census details 1841 or prior that might help me out or baptismal records for Pencarreg.
