By the way david hares was age 13 in 1891 - his sister mary was 16

1871 David age 3
1881 age 13

so David "harris" age 23 in 1901 is a "fit" with age

david Isaac's birth reg is 1878

Hi,

Just beat me to it - they are the only ones I can see in 1901. Did they go to the USA? I can see a David a coal miner who arrived in Feb 1923 (last residence Brithdir) and a Hannah who left later in 1923 with a Louisa & Percy (from Brithdir).

Hi Sue
Yes that is the family, many thanks for the info

Hi Junev
Many thanks for your input too.  Yes the family did emigrate to America.  I have the details for David Isaac Hares but not for Hannah with Louisa & Percy.

Regards to both

Hi,

Hannah left on the Majestic and arrived the 1st August 1923 from Southampton to Boston; her sister Margaret Hares of 14 Herbert St. Brithdir was given as nearest relative; Louisa was a domestic and the city they were headed for was given as Sharon,PA.

Thanks Junev, much appreciated.  I will say I have tried the Ellis Island website for Hannah but have had no luck.  Which site did you find her on?  I can not locate Percy Hares and his wife either.  I would appreciate any details on them if it is not asking too much.
