This is part of a Scottish death record. Please can anyone read what it says?

I can read the beginning and the end, can you help with the bit in the middle please?

the bit above the word 'surgeon'...something Morrison perhaps?!

and i thought my handwriting was bad!!!

Thanks for your help Charlotte. The handwriting is as bad as my husband's. I find his difficult to read too.
