My husbands gt grandfather Matthew Bird died in 1957 and was buried in the Borough Cemetery in his obit the above St Helens Methodist Sisterhood and Christ Church Womens Fellowship are mentioned. The service was at St Helens Methodist Church and was conducted by Rev John W Davis any ideas on how I can contact anyone connected with the above organisations. Does anyone know any of descendants of Mrs Florence Edith Bird (Larkin) as she was the widow. I know that she died in 1970 in the Sittingbourne district.
