Hannah JONES   Granddaur      Female   3   Ruabon, Denbigh, Wales
Edwin S. JONES   Son   U   Male   30   Ruabon, Denbigh, Wales   Coal Miner

Not sure if this will help but Cefn Mawr is not far from Ruabon and there was a Hospital in Ruabon where possibly Moses was born. Althought not sure if this hospital was open then.. Hope this is helpful.

I see that you live in Cefn Mawr so have you tried the records in the Wrexham Museum, the staff there are very helpful. Norma

Thanks once again for your reply,I have visited the A.N.Palmer Museum at Wrexham in the past.I attended there quite a bit when my Mother  was in Hospital recently.
The problem being that as she is back home now,and as I am her full time carer,Its just not convenient for me to get to Wrexham.Hence my trying to gain info via the net.

I can now update everyone,on my search for Moses Jones.Following a search ,I discovered a marriage in 1849 between a Moses Jones annd an Elizabeth Jones, which took place in the Wrexham area.I have now received the Marriage Certificate, and it seems that the dates and locations all fit in with previous info.Moses jones is given as the son of a william Jones, and Elizabeth Jones is given as the daughter of an Edward Jones.the witnesses at the Wedding are Joseph and Catherine Cartwright.
