I won't ask Son what you are talking about as I have no idea.

Have enough to keep me busy at the moment with Hubby.

Dr John of the Saints was a big wig surgeon at the General...

The Army Equitation Centre was at Weedon, and although not a bona fide Remount centre, it did have remounts there!

So are you in agreement with Phil that it was Market Harborough
or are you thinking it could have been Weedon ?

I am really sorry Phil I missed the reply.  :(

Thank you as that seems to suggest he was at the M.H. Depot when he died.

Now don't suggest I buy the cert to prove it will you.  :D

I would be bankrupt if I brought every soldier I am researching.  :)

As always, cheers.

Hello Sandy,

Apology accepted. :D

I don't have more than a dozen certs for my own family, let alone any for soldiers I'm researching.

Hi Sandy - I write a weekly blog from the Market Harborough Advertiser 1914-1918 and have just reached the edition which details the inquest into James Raphael. It will be published on Monday August 6. You can see it at newspapersandthegreatwar.wordpress.com and read any of the other four years' worth of summaries. John Dilley
