Hell Cefni,

I am not sure that there is a connection to my ancestors.  The one thing that did get my interest is what you said about a William Chapple.  He is another ancestor I have tried to locate.  William was born 1829-1831, baptized in St. Austell Cornwall, in 1831.  His parents were Richard Chapple and Elizabeth Richards. so I do not know if there is a connection here.
Regards
Seraphic :-\

Hi Seraphic
We are distantly related, as Mary Ann Chapple c 1842 and William Paull c1849 of Redruth Cornwall are my GG Grandparents.  I am at a brick wall in trying to work out both of their births, and also that of Francis Paull c1864, purported first son and my G Grandfather - but I have never found his birth details either. I believe there was a deal of untruths about their ages etc - Mary Ann was older than William I think - but by how much? Sources I have for their marriage cert 1868, Census, emigration/immigration to NZ and hence to Victoria in 1872, children's birth certs, and their deaths and burials all give different ages!  Wondering if you ever had any luck with your ancestor, and if you uncovered any gems song the way?  Happy to share what I have.
Kind regards, Christine, WA. :)
