Hello Bryn---I think that's your name. Are you related to that line of the Woosnam family? The old man Francis (born 1808) was my gggrandfather. I have spent so long researching the rest of the family I haven't got round to Thomas yet. His brother John was my ggrandfather and I have some photos if you are interested.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi Ann

No, I am not connected to the Woosnam family - I was just responding to an enquiry from Elrow , as I had access to the relative transcribed census.

Glad to hear that your research is going well. If you need any look-ups on 1851, 1861 or 1891 Montgomeryshire censuses, please feel free to reply to this.

Good luck
Stan.

Thank you Stan. I would be very grateful for the family on the 1891 census - especially John son of Thomas Woosnam.

To Ann,    my sister-in-law, Christine was a Woosnam before marrying my brother who is a Pugh. Her father is George Woosnam and his father was John, the son of Thomas Woosnam, your ggrandfather's brother. She would love to have photos if that is possible. What do I have to do in order to recieve them?

Hello Elrow. Thank you so much for your reply. I haven't a clue about how to get these photos to you without disclosing email addresses etc. Let me make a few inquiries as I am new to rootschat. Is your Sister in Law a member of GenesReunited? All my history is on there and it is very easy to contact people in private through their site.
Leave it with me.

Hello again, Elrow

Before I list the 1891 census entries, would you please confirm that your Thomas Woosnam is listed in 1881, aged 39, as a Lead Miner with Wife, Ann & 7 children, living at Hafodnen, Llangurig.

Hello Stan
You are good to help me. Yes that is the family. My sister-in-law who lives near Swansea is the granddaughter of John, aged 8 on that census.
