Hi

I received some interesting photos the other night. The one attached is of Dean Lodge, at a guess c1900. I am told that this may now have been demolished and built around but there you go.

Hope this helps.

Paul

Hi Carol

The photo comes from a collection loaned to me by my aunt. They once belonged to my grandfather Mr Herbert Douglas Clarke of Rushden. It was his family that lived there. His grandfather &mother, Frederick Clarke and Mary A (Moore) lived there. It is, I believe Mary in the foreground. I have on other photo from around then, one of Mary A (Moore).

I can email these  pictures at a better quality if you wish.

The Clarkes were at Blau Lodge Melchebourne on the 1901 census and were still at Dean Lodge in 1912 ( the address is on grandfather's, mother's marriage cert.)

Regards

Paul
