I am laughably late to this thread, but was looking for Cottage Place myself, as a given abode
for a 1843 marriage.

The clues in this thread were invaluable, but I suspect more data is now online; here:

Find Ayliffe street and William Str; below (South) of their intersection is "Cottage Pl", writ very small.
