Engineer Road, Woolwich

On my grandmother's birth certificate for 7 Nov 1891 it says she was born at 11 Engineer Road Woolwich; her father was listed as Ellick Frederick Charles Blake and her mother Nelly Frances Strange Blake (formerly McAllum).  I can find no mention of Nelly anywhere. At the time of the 1891 census her father was a lodger somewhere else. Also there is evidence he married someone else in 1898, but I cannot find the death of Nelly (or possibly Ellen).  I also wonder who was at that address in 1891.

It looks like McMullen (athough could be her maiden Name of Mc Allum)
