1901 Leftovers: Going to start mine - couple of quick questions!

About to start my 1901 leftovers, can someone pls let me know

 - is there any set way that files need to be named to make it easier?
 - do you need one census page per sheet?
 - is it ok to put them in one excel book and all just on different sheets?
