I am searching for confirmation of birthdate for William Flockhart b. 24/7/1919 Edinburgh. He joined the Royal Scots Fusilliers and served approximately 1938 to 1946/7. Married Evelyn Joyce James (b. 1922 Suffolk) in approximately 1940 to 1943, and they had a son John b.1945, then migrated to Australia, where they had another son Ralph Charles in Aug. 1961.
Any assistance in finding records for these facts would be greatly appreciated.
