help with sending personal messages

Hi,
joined yesterday, but do not seem to have the buttons/functionality to send a personal message. I also do not have the reply buttons - has something gone wrong with the installation. have checked all my profiles and all are in order

I think you have to make three posts to be able to send PMs, so if you reply to this post then you should be able to PM.
