Parents of George Smith c1860, husband of Edingal Holland

 I need help with this one please.

Edingal Holland  June Q 1867 Market Bosworth, daughter of John and Clara Holland.

George Smith    marriage  June Q 1885 Rotherham
Edingal Hollond

In 1891 George and Edingal appear in Conisbrough, Yorkshire, along with Edingal's sister Caroline Holland married to George's brother Uriah.

In 1881 George and Uriah are in Bramley near Rotherham with Mum and Dad George Smith and Fanny :
 RG11; Piece: 4684; Folio: 53; Page: 17

In 1871  George and Uriah are with George and Fanny at Wadworth, Yorkshire.
 RG10; Piece: 4715; Folio: 118; Page: 30

Now for the big question

George Smith, born c1821 and Fanny, born c 1827, both maintain Willoughby, Notts as place of birth.

 Who are they?

I can't find them on IGI, Free Reg or the 1861, or earlier census.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in anticipation.

I have been having the same problem, If we do not find any records for them, then maybe they from Willoughby, but maybe originate from abroad.
I know of one other who knows they are part of her family, but cannot find any other records.

I have been researching my family and found that George Smith and Edingal Holland were my great grand parents on my mothers side.

George Smith 1859-1920 married Edingal Holland 1871 - ? from Markfield Lecsterhire in Rotherham between April and June 1885.

What relation are you to them and do you know where the name Edengal comes from?
