Baptism - St. Margarets Church Ipswich - COBBOLD

Could somebody have a look at the registers for St Margarets Church in Ipswich for my gt gt gt Grandfather Richard Vince Cobbold or turned around Cobbold Vince. I cannot trace his birth or baptism and thought that because his children are baptised/christened there then he could be too!. Its a long shot, but worth taking.  Thanks Jenny

Have you tried the IGI, if that isn't of any help you will have to put a year if you want someone to look this up for you.

Hello, Sorry wasnt thinking, born 1812 - 1888 Richard Vince Cobbold although I think that he was born a Vince of Kersey/Semer - these have been checked but nothing shows up on the Parish Registers. What is the IGI? and how do I have a look at this? thanks jenny
