Catherine Ellis

I am looking for my great grandmother Catherine Ellis born c.1845 Holywell,  Flintshire.  She was aged 6 in the 1851 census and her parents were Edward Ellis and Anne Jones of Gwaenysgor and Ysgeifiog respectively.  I can't find her in the North Wales BMD or the Free BMD. She married an Edward Meaney in 1875 in Liverpool and later lived  and died in Birkenhead, Cheshire. I would be very grateful if anyone can  help please.

Thanks for your reply but as far as I know my great grandmother only had the one christian name....Catherine...and was born between 1844-45.

Ok was just a thought as sometimes other names were dropped / parents changed their minds.
