I can find only one Albert Williams born in the Portclew area that is
Albert who is aged 1 living with William & Elizabeth Williams at Portclue Cottage Nbr 2 Lamphey in 1881.
My indexs show that an Albert Williams was baptised at Lamphey in 1880.
I would suggest that Williams Williams married Elizabeth James in the Pembroke registation district (probably Lamphey) in 2nd Qtr of 1875.
I note two William Williams baptised in circa 1858 one at Bosheston and one at Monkton.
As to Elizabeth James the nearest I can find is 1857 so from my index of Pembroke St Michael Baptism Register for the period 1839 to 1901 I note,
15 Nov 1857 Elizabeth to Thomas & Sarah James of the East End(Pembroke) a labourer baptised by Thos. Critchley.
Hope this helps
