Taking in account John TEE was a returned soldier, it is possible that the place of death was the Repatriation Hospital at Heidelberg.  His usual place of residence would be noted on his death certificate.

Cheers

The death indexes in Victoria only extend to 1985 so can't help you with any other information other than her cremation record at Springvale.  It may be worth contacting the funeral directors noted on her record at Springvale.  Unfortunately the Privacy Act in Australia may prevent them giving any further information other than that which is the public domain.

Marlene do you want/need any further information on the other VICKERMAN's in Victoria?

Cheers
Cando

Hi Billy,
Sorry about that 'cool smiley face' that appeared in my last message to you. It was meant to be an 8.
                                  Regards Marlene.

Okay - firstly passenger records and while you have a search I'll have a look at the bdm indexes - Jenn has already given you some information.

Search both VICKERMAN and VICKERMANN -
http://proarchives.imagineering.com.au/index_search.asp?searchid=23

Let me know which names you would like me to search for as I don't want to duplicate Jenn's info.

Cheers
Cando

Edit...Marlene if you hit the modify button on the post with the 'cool smiley' you can edit the post. :)

Hi marleen'
Not sure how much you have on Wilfred Vickerman, but thought I would mention to you thay his ww1record is available for reading

John Tee was following his Vickerman uncles Jack and Wilf.

I see other chatters have given ou some other details about him.

He was, according tothis record, a Methodist Missionary and that fact in itself may make interesting researching.

There are some letters regarding him including one from a Magaret Hummerton of Carlton.

Search as a guest.
