Hi SUP,

This is wonderful.  Thank you again.  I have tried to get hold of Henri Maurel too, but no such luck yet.  As i do not speak French, would you be able to tell me what it says on the marriage certificate pertaining to the parents of Jan Martin and their occupations if any given.
Also on the baptism for Jean Martin, does it say what the occupation was of the father?

May 1735
The 29th of May 1735, I, undersigned Messire Joseph  Cohalan,  catholic priest of this parish have baptised Jan Martin born yesterday  from the legitimate marriage between Jan Martin and Jacquette Oriol (sp?). Joseph Serge godfather and Jacquette Hery godmother ??? the so-called Jan Martin father of the child
nota - after there is a list of name of people witnessing the baptism + the signature of the priest L'abbé Cohalan rector ...
