THis seems to be him?

 MICHAEL JOHN FLEMING   Jun/91
Age:    65  DOB   28 APR 1926
District:    Hastings and Rother ,East Sussex
Volume:    18   Page:    947

If you haven't already got it I suggest you get the death cert.
You can get it online at
http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/Login.asp
for £7 .

It should tell you the next of kin.....or at least who reported the death.

Good luck

Hi there!

I have a copy of the electoral register so if you have a name and a vague area, I could find you a more up-to-date address. (Obviously if the name is John smith then we're knackered though!!).

Sue on my infodisk of Oct 2003 he is still coming up at that address.
Will see what else I can come up with. There must be a way of tracking him down?
Maybe a letter to the current occupiers? To ask if they can tell you when they bought the property and if they can say which solicitors were used.
Maybe the solictors would pass a letter on to him at his new address?
Hopefully someone out there has a more up to date infodisk?

I'll keep thinking abut this one.

Hi woodyw

Have you tried www.GenesReunited.com?
People using that site seem to have quite a bit of luck tracing living relatives.

cheers
