William Whittaker/Whitteker/Whitager who would have been about 17 in the 1901 Irishplease?

He was born in Strabane in County Donegal in 1881.

Parents David and Eliza (Spence) from Sheercloon in Clonleigh/ Milltown in Raphoe and Beltony at the time of Williams birth.

Can anyone please help to find a

William Whittaker (Whittaker/Whitager) and his family.  He was born in Strabane in Ireland and lived in County Donegal to most of my knowledge.  He would have been about age 7 in 1891.
In 1901 he was in Scotland aged 19.
Parents David and Eliza.

You  may not have known, but probably do now,  that there are no censuses available for most of Ireland before 1901.  They were destroyed in 1922. 

Your have a couple of options:
if you know a location, check church records and
as he was born in 1895 a birth cert would be available.
