« on: Sunday 06 March 05 14:15 GMT (UK) »
I am trying to find out where in Mayo Patrick Cavenagh(not sure if correct  spelling) came from, he was born about 1832, father James a farmer, mother Ann Quinn, I know he had a brother James, he emigrated to Australia, but don't know when, but he was living there in 1856.
  Thanks

I am also looking for a Patrick Cavanaugh from Mayo. Mine would have been born about 1800. He may have been married to a Bridget who would have died before 1862 when Patrick left Ireland with his daughter Margaret and her husband Edward Clark. They immigrated to the U.S.
