Is there a link to the RC records on this site?
I have a Mary Veronica Carr who was born in Carrick-on-Shannon in 1927. She married Edward Anthony O`Callaghan and I am looking for marriage details.
Thanks.

Do you mean the Irish Catholic Parish Registers that were recently put online? if so see here-
http://registers.nli.ie/

However, the recent registers are not likely to be online, especially those covering living people.

The online Irish civil registration index only goes up to 1958- again to protetct the privacy of possibly living people.

Pat; I don't know if it may be of any earthly use or even interest to ye. But, I have a duff certificate here. I think it might be a John Gaites marrying a Hannah Carr ....? What ever. I seem to remember Liverpool figured heavily in the equation. Just wondering if any of your Carr peeps came over?

Have to say; Funny old world, isn't it? I've now come over here and, when I talk of going into town? Yep. I mean Mohill!  ;)
