ATKINS Wm Rbt marriage

i am looking for marriage of Wm Rbt or W.R.F Atkins marriage to Hannah Norris and assume it was in Albemarle Bruce Co. 

i found him and family on 1880 Census for Albemarle, Bruce Ontario but his wife is Saphea. they had several children. i am hoping Saphea died and Wm married Hannah.

IGI at LDS site shows WRF Atkins married to Hannah Norris.

Wm Atkins and Hannah had Pearl Dec 16, 1889 as shown on LDS site. Pearl is my ancestor but i cannot find anything about her parents or grandparents.

i don't have much more info to provide. hope someone can give me some ideas or leads.

1881 Census, Ontario (Albemarle, Bruce North, Ontario)
William Atkins, age 50, born Lower Canada (Quebec).  He was a farmer.  His wife was Saphia, age 40, born USA.
They had the following children: Wm Robert (22, USA), James Albert (17), Daniel Francis (15), Levie (14), John House (13), Martha Elizabeth (10), Lilly (7), George Thomas (5).  All children, except Wm Robert, were born in Ontario.

1901 Census, Blindman, The Territories
W.R. Atkins, born 27 Dec 1859 U.S., married to Hannah, born 3 Sep 1862.

They had several children, including Pearl, born 16 December 1889.

Wm Robert married Hannah.  His FATHER, William, was married to Saphia.

1881 census
William, age 50, which means he was born c1831.
Saphia, age 40, which means she was born c1841.
Son, Wm Robert, age 22, so he was born c1859.

Shown on the 1901 census, at the bottom of the same page as William and Hannah (Blindman, TT), are WH Atkins, born June 8, 1829 and Sophia, age 65.

Listed on the 1901 census page is a Martha Mitchell and her family.  I wonder if she is William Robert's sister?

Wm H Atkins, born c1830, Canada.  His wife was Sophia, born c1834, New York.  Wm was a Farm Laborer.
Their children were: Mary H (age 6), Margaret A (5), Ellen A (3), Wm R F (1).  The children were born in Canada, except Wm, who was born in U.S.

There are births for Levi's children.  May be more information about the Atkins family members.

In 1901 it seems that Daniel F. Atkins is in Red Deer The Territories (Alberta) area
b. Aug 15 1865 Ontario and residing with wife Sarah b. 22 July 1872 USA and children
Nettie P. b. 1890 USA, William H. b. 1893 USA, Daniel F. b. 1895 USA and Jeny b. 1897 Alberta.  Immigration 1896.

There is an online ancestry family tree that shows a Daniel Francis Atkins marrying Anna Hart Wasylaw 21 Nov 1917 in Winnipeg and death of June 27 1938. 
http://vitalstats.gov.mb.ca/Query.php  This shows a marriage for Anna Hart and there is a 1925 marriage entry for William Atkins.  Don't know if this is related or not.  I haven't been able to find Daniel in the 1911 or 1916 census.
