Yes, I think you're absolutely right that the first word is 'There'.

Archivos, an Eik as defined on the SP site is 'a supplement to a testament, added some time later. It was necessary to extend the confirmation of an executor to cover property not originally included. You will sometimes find several eiks relating to the original testament.'

Yes, you're right about "eik" - it's not a word I've come across though.

For the word 'there' I looked at the T in Testament, which is slightly cut off in the image but it has a funny curl at the bottom.
