The 1901 census is not indexed by name so you would need to know the streets to request the correct microfilms.

The full details are due to be available and fully searchable on the National Archives website by early next year.

As Shane says, 1901 census will soon be put online (searchable by name, etc. and free) but until then it is available (unindexed) from a few sources such as some LDS libraries (either in stock or, more likely, to order) and National Archives, Dublin. Also, some places have 1901 census for their area so if you are in Ireland it's worth checking with your local archives.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

I believe that the Iveagh Trust buildings on Bride street were built in around 1905, so the Mooney family must have lived somewhere else in 1901.

I've checked Thom's directory of 1904 but see no listings for any of the families you mention. (most of the addresses are tenements or cottages - details are not listed in Thom's for these)

I know a little about the Elizabeth Styles and her family that you are interested in.

Happy to share information.

Thank you dathai

I had been looking for Samuel in the 1901 census data for a very long time - and you found him in the Meath Hospital.

Are you related to the Styles family, or is this just you being incredibly helpful?

Thanks again.

Phil.
