Whaling from Wick
« on: Tuesday 03 November 09 14:42 GMT (UK) »
I'm trying to establish if there is any truth in an old family story, namely that one of my ancestors (James SINCLAIR) was a whaler working from Wick up to Greenland in the early 1800s.  Any ideas how I might find out more?
