Chr Jonathan Popple
5 Mar 1815 Goadby

also various other Popples at Goadby (mainly submitted entries, but worth a look, would need checking out on the PRs. WOuld be worth you ordering the film of Goadby at that time to your nearest LDS place to have a browse, if you cant get to Leicester record Office and have a session there)
Edmonds/Edmunds - mainly Sussex
DeBoo - London
Green - Suffolk

Hi JJ,

Just a quick message - Jonathan and Lementina are also my ancestors - they're my 3x g-grandparents!
Currently trying to find Lementina's baptism record, but no luck so far. Trailing through the mountains of Smith baptisms in Leicestershire is no easy task!

Yes , Ann-Marie's my daughter, its a very small world, exxcept when looking for Lementina, when it becomes a lot bigger all of a sudden.  We have copies of her Marriage Cert and Death Cert if they are any use, also a letter transcript from faimliy that emigrated to Aus in 1844, she's mentioined once,

Hi again JJ,

I'd love copies of the marriage and death certs if possible. I already have a copy of the letter from Oz - I'm pretty certain it was Ann-Marie that emailed it to me after our contact on Genes.
Did you want me to give my email addy or can it be sent through here? I'm new to this site, so don't know much about it....
