Hello.

Robert McCrorie married Margaret Adair in Carrickfergus 26 June1874. They are my Great Great Grandparents.
They moved to Irvine, Ayrshire and resided at 86 Fullarton Street, Irvine.
They had two children, Mary Ann and Samuel (my Great Grandfather).
Samuel Married Helen Findlay and had two Children, Jean and Maggie.
Jean (my grandmother) married James Cunningham in 1922 in East Benhar, West Lothian (now completely gone). Moved to Whitburn, West Lothian.
They had five children,
Ellen (my Mother)
Jean
Robert
Agnes
Jamesina (Jem).
Ellen married John Paton Scott Saunders in 1949.

Hope this is useful.
Best Regards,
 Jim

Fairly sure that they also had a child called Mary around 1927. James and Jean(nee McCrorie) are named on her death certificate by Mary's uncle, David R Hardie, who married Agnes P McCrorie in 1914. Mary died in January 1945 in Stirling Royal Infirmary. Interested to know if she had a child in 1942 who she gave up for adoption.
