Yes - I think almost certainly this is him but his life after that is less clear and he Newsboys years would shed some light. W think at some point his grandmother ELLENOR took him out of he home and lived at 69 Everton Terrace

Do you know his mothers maiden name as there is no marriage for a William Bridger Davies to an Ann

I can't find a birth for a William Bridger Davies either

This is why its complicated. Ann's mother Ellenor seemed to be married to a guy called August Malily but later divorced or he died (he was a german seaman so just before WW1). Ellenor later married James Willian Davies. So Ann may have been Malily at birth but later became Davies. So - her maiden name and married name could have been Davies

Ellenor Davies married August Malitz in 1907.  I assume you have Malily from the 1911 census entry

I think you need to buy a copy of the 1902 birth cert for Thomas George Davies to clarify his parentage and particularly Ann's maiden name

I have a young boy Charles Richardson aged 18 ( he was in fact 16) in the Newsboy Home Liverpool on the 1891 census. It gives all inmates and staff.
